MYRA Bank is a fictional brand presented for demonstration purposes. This notice is illustrative and does not describe the handling of real personal data.

We do not advertise to our clients, and we do not sell their attention to others. This notice explains what personal information we would collect, how we would use it, and the rights you would have over it.

• Identity and contact details — name, date of birth, address, email, and identity documents provided at onboarding.
• Account information — balances, instructions, and transaction records.
• Technical information — device and security data needed to keep your account safe.

We use your information to open and operate your account, to act on your instructions, to keep accurate records, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to protect against fraud and unauthorised access.

4. Legal bases

We rely on the performance of our agreement with you, our legal obligations, your consent where it is asked for, and our legitimate interest in operating the service securely.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary — with service providers acting on our instruction, and with authorities where the law requires it. We require those who handle information on our behalf to protect it.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is open and for as long afterwards as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it.
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
• Ask for a copy of information you provided in a portable form.

8. Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to function. We do not use cookies to track you across other sites, and we default to the most privacy-preserving option where a choice is offered.
