Where MYRA is licensed
MYRA Bank Ltd holds an offshore banking licence granted by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA), Union of the Comoros. This is the only licence MYRA holds.
MYRA holds no licence, authorisation, registration or exemption in any other jurisdiction, and holds no passporting rights of any kind.
Where MYRA does not offer services
MYRA does not offer services to, does not solicit, and does not accept clients resident in: the European Union and the European Economic Area (all member states); the United Kingdom; Switzerland; the United States of America and its territories; Canada; Japan; Australia.
MYRA also does not accept clients resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or identified by the Financial Action Task Force as a High-Risk Jurisdiction Subject to a Call for Action.
Enquiries received from these jurisdictions are declined. This restriction is applied at onboarding and is not waived on request.
The purpose of this website
The information on this website is directed exclusively at persons resident in jurisdictions where MYRA may lawfully provide the services described without additional authorisation. It is general in nature.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a solicitation, a financial promotion, or a recommendation in any jurisdiction in which such an act would be unlawful or would require an authorisation MYRA does not hold.
Accessing this website does not create a client relationship and does not oblige MYRA to enter into one.
Own-initiative contact
Where a person outside MYRA’s licensed perimeter contacts MYRA entirely on their own initiative, MYRA may decline the relationship regardless. MYRA does not rely on own-initiative contact as a basis for serving residents of the excluded jurisdictions listed above.
