Risk warnings
Funds held with MYRA are not protected by any deposit guarantee or investor compensation scheme. In an insolvency, client claims rank according to the insolvency law of the Union of the Comoros and may not be recovered in whole or in part. You bear the full credit risk of MYRA and of its correspondent institutions.
Holding and converting currencies exposes you to exchange-rate risk. Rates are not guaranteed.
Cross-border payments may be delayed, returned, rejected or blocked by correspondent institutions applying their own compliance requirements. Settlement times are indicative, not contractual.
The value of custodied assets can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not a guide to future results.
Pre-contractual documents
The Client Agreement, the Fee Schedule and the Risk Disclosure Statement are provided in durable form before any relationship is opened, and are available on request at any time.
No product or price described on this site is binding until set out in the Client Agreement.
Complaints
Submit complaints to complaints@myrabank.com.
MYRA acknowledges receipt within 5 business days and provides a substantive response within 30 calendar days. Where a response requires longer, MYRA notifies you with reasons and a revised date not later than 60 calendar days from receipt.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Union of the Comoros. The courts of the Union of the Comoros have exclusive jurisdiction.
This is without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply under the law of your country of residence, and to any non-excludable right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Intellectual property
The MYRA name, marks, and the content and design of this site are the property of MYRA and may not be reproduced without permission.
